update: i Increase rating from 🌟 🌟 to 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 because seller answered honestly below my review said same thing wht Gemini said its probably from mineral traces left in distilled water Gemini: 98.5% IPA with only water should leave zero residue. If you see a "fog," a white ring, or an oily smear after it dries, the manufacturer added something other than water (like perfumes or oils), and you should not use it on internal electronics. If you see a white ring or a cloudy residue after the liquid evaporates, that is a clear sign that the liquid is not just 98.5% IPA and water. ​Pure Isopropyl Alcohol and distilled water should both evaporate completely without leaving anything behind. The white ring indicates impurities or additives.

It did the work for me. But when I received the parcel and opened it, it was a bit leak nothing too serious, only gave 4 stars for that reason.
